Any content edit form will contain a select box near the top which will allow you to jump between languages. If your selector only contains English, or doesn't contain a language which you would like to include, please contact us and we will be more than happy to enable extra languages on your site.

Every item requires some content in the default language in addition to any extra languages, so if you are creating a new item in a language other than the default, LabelEd will automatically copy your content into the default language as well.
If you do want your content available in some languages but not the default, you will need to turn the default language off by setting Language available to No.
