Product management
- Easy to use item management with listings and online editing.

Order management
- Integrated payment gateways with support for instant and deferred payments. Payments can be taken, cancelled and refunded direct from the LabelEd administration system.

- Customisable order statuses, such as picking, dispatched, returned, etc.
- Historical order searching by customer, dates and status.
- Products, promotions, etc can be changed and even deleted without affecting historical order information.
Promotions and vouchers
- Comprehensive promotions system allows promotions and discounts to be created and applied site-wide, or to users, types of users or usergroups.
- Promotions have configurable trigger criteria and configurable apply-to criteria, allowing flexibility to create any type of promotion such as buy x get y free or at a discount, percentage discounts or fixed discounts or fixed prices.
- As many promotions can be set up concurrently as you wish. Promotions can also be set as exclusive, meaning you still have control over which promotions may or may not apply in a clash (ie. multiple promo's per order).
- Promotions can be applied to discount codes with unlimited or a fixed number of uses.
- Vouchers can be sold through your shop and used, with support for fixed or editable amounts.
Shipping
- Flexible shipping system based on shipping units and packages, zones (continents and countries) and couriers.
- LabelEd intelligently groups multiple items together into packages in order to ship an order in as fewer packages as possible, and charges your customers accordingly.
- Support for fixed price shipping.
- Support for external fulfillment.
